Wow can you believe how much Canon’s HD-SLR’s have made a impact in the world of video. BMW using the 5D MKII to shoot there latest commerical for Sebring Race. There was some gear mishap as 5D MKII was lost in the filming of this commercial:
Apparently one of BMW’s professional drivers, Dirk Muller, was being too aggressive while following the other M3 and accidentally rammed a Canon 5D Mark II and lens into the rear of the car. The poor camera and lens were splattered all over the Sebring track.
